MagicBond Cross-Surface Adhesion Enhancer for Foil & Vinyl Transfers

MagicBond is a professional pre-press adhesion enhancer designed to strengthen the bond between garment fibers and transfer or finishing layers. Developed for the MagicLine system, it helps improve adhesion across foil, vinyl, and specialty transfer applications.

For HTF applications, MagicBond improves bonding between the printed transfer and MagicFoil, helping deliver cleaner foil release, sharper design detail, stronger adhesion, and improved durability. It also provides additional bonding support for HTV applications where greater adhesion strength is needed.

For DTF transfers, MagicBond can be used when additional adhesion support is required, including applications involving edge lifting, peeling, polyester or performance fabrics, and lower-temperature pressing conditions.

• Fine-mist application provides controlled, even coverage across the intended garment or transfer area.
• To apply, lightly mist the garment or transfer area from approximately 8–12 inches away, allow a brief flash-off until slightly tacky but not overly wet, then press according to your normal transfer settings.
