DTGPRO Printhead Care System – Essential, Pro & Ultimate Kits

The DTGPRO Printhead Care System is a professional maintenance and recovery system designed to support routine printhead cleaning, clog recovery, wet capping, downtime protection, ink-line flushing, and hardened ink removal.

Available in three configurations, each kit provides a different level of maintenance support:

• Essential Kit – 4-Pack: Core maintenance solutions for stubborn clog cleaning, wet capping, downtime protection, and external hardened ink removal.
• Pro Kit – 6-Pack: Adds Standard Cleaning Solution for routine cleaning and Last-Chance Recovery Solution for severe clog situations.
• Ultimate Kit – 7-Pack: Provides the complete seven-solution system, including MagicClean™ All-in-One Solution for additional cleaning, flushing, wet capping, and maintenance flexibility.

Each included solution comes in a 100 ml bottle, allowing you to choose the kit that best matches your printer maintenance requirements and production workflow.

Important Usage Information

• Standard Cleaning Solution: Designed for routine cleaning and minor clog removal. Flush manually with a syringe/tubing or use in cleaning cartridges for up to 3 cleaning cycles. Do not use it for wet capping.
• X-TREME Cleaning Solution: Designed for stubborn or persistent clogs and ink-line flushing when routine cleaning is insufficient. Use for CIS/damper system flushing or in cleaning cartridges for up to 3 cleaning cycles. Do not use it for wet capping.
• Last-Chance Recovery Solution: Intended for severe clog situations when Standard and X-TREME solutions have been unsuccessful. Do not use it for wet capping or leave in the printhead. After use, flush thoroughly with Standard Cleaning Solution before reinstalling ink.
• MagicClean™ All-in-One Solution: Included only in the Ultimate 7-Pack. Supports cleaning, internal ink-line flushing, wet capping, and ongoing or extended maintenance.
• Capping Solution: Designed for end-of-day wet capping and short-term printhead protection. Not intended for cleaning or unclogging. For longer downtime, use Maintenance Solution.
• Maintenance Solution: Designed to preserve printhead condition during planned idle or storage periods of up to 30 days. It does not clean printheads or revive damaged printheads. Before use, ensure the printhead is functioning properly with a clean nozzle check.
• De-Plasticizing Solution: Designed to remove hardened or solidified ink from external areas around the printhead, capping station, and wiper. Apply with lint-free cleaning swabs. Do not insert into printhead channels or pour into the capping station.
