MagicSeal finishing products serve different purposes. Original/V2 focuses on softness and transfer integration, Fusion adds enhanced DTF wash and wear protection, and the Pro Sheet provides a reusable finishing surface for the final press.
MagicSeal® Original / V2 Spray
Focus: softness, flexibility and improved hand-feel.
Patented fiber-bonding technology helps integrate the transfer into garment fibers during a secondary heat press, improving softness, breathability and flexibility while supporting adhesion and wash durability.
V2 offers an odorless formula for a more comfortable working environment.

MagicSeal® Fusion Spray
Focus: extended washability and DTF wear protection.
Fusion creates a flexible protective finishing layer that helps reinforce DTF prints against repeated washing, abrasion, cracking and peeling while maintaining a comfortable feel.
A strong choice for uniforms, workwear, team apparel and frequently washed garments.
Applications: DTF transfers. Use with a compatible PTFE sheet or pair with the MagicSeal Pro Sheet.

MagicSeal® Pro Sheet
Focus: a smoother, more consistent post-press finish.
A reusable finishing sheet designed to improve softness, flexibility and finished print quality while helping reduce gloss.
Choose Compact for small graphics, A4 for standard prints or A3 for larger designs.
Applications: Compatible DTF, HTV, DTG, white toner, HTF, sublimation and screen-printed transfers.
Which should I choose?
- For improved softness and flexibility across compatible transfer types: Start with MagicSeal Original/V2 Spray.
- For DTF garments that face frequent washing and wear: Choose MagicSeal Fusion.
- For a reusable post-press finishing surface: Choose the MagicSeal Pro Sheet.
- For a combined DTF finishing workflow: Pair Fusion with the Pro Sheet.
Where finishing fits into your workflow
- Apply the transfer. Complete its prescribed curing, pressing and peeling process.
- Apply the finishing solution, when used. Use a light, even mist according to the selected product’s instructions.
- Complete the finishing press. Use the recommended protective or finishing sheet and follow the product-specific temperature, time and pressure settings.
- Check the result. Test the feel, appearance and wash performance on your own transfer and garment combination before production.
There is no single press setting for every transfer, garment and finishing product. Follow the instructions supplied with your selected products. Results depend on transfer quality, garment material, curing, application, press settings and laundering.
Common questions
Are Original/V2 and Fusion interchangeable?
They have different finishing priorities. Original/V2 supports a broader range of compatible transfer technologies; Fusion is specifically designed for enhanced DTF wash and wear protection.
Is the Pro Sheet a printable transfer sheet?
No. It is a reusable finishing sheet used during the post-press stage. Your design is printed on the transfer media appropriate for your printing system.
Can Fusion and the Pro Sheet be used together?
Yes. Fusion can be paired with the MagicSeal Pro Sheet for a combined DTF finishing workflow.
