MagicSeal Fusion™ DTF Finishing Kit is an advanced protective finishing system developed specifically for Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers. Designed for decorators who require enhanced wash durability and long-term transfer protection, Fusion creates a flexible protective finishing layer during the final heat-press stage while helping maintain softness, flexibility, and comfort.

MagicSeal Fusion™ helps reinforce finished DTF transfers against repeated washing, cracking, peeling, abrasion, friction, moisture exposure, and everyday garment wear. When properly applied under recommended conditions, it supports up to 100+ wash durability while helping preserve the appearance and integrity of the finished transfer.

The simple spray-and-press application integrates easily into standard DTF workflows. Apply a light, even mist over the finished DTF transfer before the final press, then heat press using the included protective PTFE (Teflon) sheet.

Available in two convenient options: the 100ml Sample Kit is ideal for testing MagicSeal Fusion™ with your garments, transfers, and workflow, while the 500ml Starter Kit is designed for regular production use.
