The DTFLINE™ Heat Station V3 is a compact tabletop DTF powder curing oven designed to deliver consistent adhesive powder curing and transfer preparation for professional DTF workflows.
The V3 uses a stable contact-heating platform to distribute heat evenly across the film surface, helping achieve consistent powder melting and dependable curing from sheet to sheet. Adjustable temperature and timer controls allow operators to fine-tune the curing cycle based on film type, adhesive powder, ink coverage, and production requirements.
An integrated purifier and extractor helps reduce fumes and airborne particles directly at the curing station, while the EZ Filter Change System provides convenient pop-in/pop-out filter replacement for easier routine maintenance.
Designed to integrate with virtually any DTF production setup, the Heat Station V3 works with sheet-fed, roll-fed, desktop, converted, and commercial DTF printers and is not restricted to a specific printer brand, RIP software, ink system, film, or adhesive powder.
Available in A4, A3+, and A2 configurations, the V3 provides a suitable curing solution for everything from smaller logos and test transfers to standard production sheets and larger gang sheets. Every model includes a DTF GripMate for safer and more convenient handling of heated DTF film.

For best purifier performance, filter replacement is recommended every 2–4 months. Actual replacement frequency depends on usage, production volume, curing frequency, powder type, and operating environment. The Heat Station V3 includes a 6-month limited warranty covering replacement of defective components; filters, other consumables, normal wear, misuse, improper operation, incorrect electrical setup, and damage caused by improper maintenance are excluded.
